This application is available for free download; however, content is not included unless specified. Users have the option to purchase current and past issues directly within the app, along with future releases.
- Subscriptions can be acquired within the application. Upon purchasing a recurring subscription, users will gain immediate access to the latest issue.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the conclusion of the current period. Charges for renewal will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of each period, based on the current subscription rate.
- Users can disable the auto-renewal feature in their Account Settings, yet cancellation of an active subscription is not permitted during its term.
- Payment will be processed through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Any remaining portion of a free trial will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
- Bundles allowing for single issue purchases are also available. To redeem purchased credits for back issues at a reduced rate, users need to select ‘use credit’ when prompted by the issue price.
Users have the option to register or log into a PocketMags account within the app, ensuring issue protection in case of device loss and enabling access to purchases across multiple platforms. Existing PocketMags users can easily retrieve their purchases by logging in.
It is advisable to initially load the application in a Wi-Fi environment to facilitate complete data retrieval for all issues. Should users encounter difficulty loading past the splash page after installation or an update, they can refresh app data in settings or delete and reinstall the application from the App Store if necessary.
